I really love this area - one of the best (if not THE best) in all of the Alps for cyclists enjoying mountains and getting away from very touristy places, while being one of the nicest areas and with some of the best food and great road climbs!
Thanks Jerry. It means a lot coming from someone who has cycled all over Europe, including all the storied climbs. Of course I love this area too, but I've ridden nowhere else, so it may only be il mio campanilismo ;-)
I would love to meet/ perhaps ride with you. I am in the Aviano area as well. Just by chance came across your blog. My name is Joseph work at Aviano AB as a physical therapist. I have ridden a little now with Meschio...just arrived this last summer?
